How To Analyse Your Own Spin and Go HUD Stats

We all know how important it is to look at our opponent’s HUD stats during the Spin and Go tournament, trying to find the leaks in their strategy and the things that we can exploit, but what about our own stats?
Do you know what are your own stats and where are the leaks in your own strategy?

 

-Do you know if your VPIP is too low or too high?

-Are you 3-betting and isolating to much or too little?

-Are you folding too much or too little when faced with 3-bets or isolation raises?

-What about your post-flop play?

-How much are you c-betting and how much are you folding to c-bets?

-Are you check-raising enough?
